This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.
• AI-Driven Lead Management: Take charge of the complete follow-up process for demo requests, form submissions, and event leads.
• Email Marketing & Nurturing: Manage the rollout of campaign launch emails, ongoing communications, and multi-touch nurture sequences using HubSpot and Hightouch.
• Marketing Activity Follow-Up: Collaborate with the events and campaigns team to create prioritized follow-up sequences for each marketing initiative.
• Product Overage Management: Oversee the entire overage communication cycle, controlling messaging cadence, copy, and execution to enhance expansion revenue from current customers.
• Automated Outbound Campaigns: Develop triggered outbound campaigns in Unify based on business priorities, intent signals, and engagement metrics.
• A/B Testing & Optimization: Conduct experiments on subject lines, sending times, copy, and sequencing to consistently enhance email performance, open rates, reply rates, and conversion statistics.
• Reporting & Analytics: Take ownership of and report on vital conversion metrics, including demo-to-opportunity rates, MQL-to-S1 rates, sequence engagement, and nurture-attributed pipeline.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with SDRs, AEs, and the wider Growth Marketing team to ensure smooth transitions.
• 3–5 years of experience in revenue marketing, lifecycle marketing, SDR, or email marketing within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong sequence and copywriting abilities: A demonstrated capacity to craft effective outbound and nurture sequences that stimulate replies, engagement, and conversions.
• Proficiency in marketing automation: Practical experience with platforms like HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft, or similar tools to build audiences, trigger sequences, manage journeys, and monitor performance.
• Audience and positioning instincts: The ability to take a target persona and value proposition and convert them into messaging that resonates.
• User journey perspective: Capable of conceptualizing when and how to communicate with individuals based on their lifecycle stage, engagement signals, and triggers.
• Data-driven and experimental mindset: Comfortable conducting A/B tests, analyzing sequence performance, and utilizing conversion data to refine strategy.
• SDR experience (optional): Direct experience as an SDR or BDR provides insight into what messaging successfully books meetings and what is often overlooked.
• Significant equity compensation in the form of ISO options.
• Early exercise and a 10-year post-termination exercise window.
