This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Grow enterprise accounts through a combination of expansion, renewals, and strategic new opportunities.
• Collaborate with senior executives at Fortune 500 companies to comprehend their objectives and assist them in scaling Lucid throughout the organization.
• Navigate complex sales cycles and develop mutually beneficial negotiations that enhance customer success.
• Cultivate champions at all levels of the organization through consultative selling and thought leadership.
• Mentor your designated BDR and work in partnership with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to provide exceptional value.
• Travel as necessary (1–3 weeks per quarter) to strengthen in-person relationships with customers.
• 5+ years of sales experience in the tech/SaaS industry (in roles such as Account Executive, Account Manager, or equivalent), with a track record of surpassing quotas.
• Experience in selling intricate enterprise software solutions and overseeing lengthy, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Strong understanding of SaaS/cloud applications and their business advantages.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and lead cross-functional sales initiatives.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficient in prospecting, territory planning, and consultative selling.
