• A strong enthusiasm for building and leading high-performing sales teams to achieve results in the government technology sector.
• Proven experience managing 6–10 Account Executives and guiding them through complex deals exceeding $50K.
• Background in leading and constructing high-performing teams focused on new logo sales.
• A strategic outlook for account planning, quota determination, and pipeline management across various local agency opportunities.
• Proficiency in balancing forecasting, budgeting, and corrective measures to reach financial objectives.
• Documented success in recruiting, developing, and retaining top sales talent while fostering a culture of accountability and growth.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment with confidence and adaptability.
• A data-oriented approach to sales operations, including trend analysis, process enhancement, and implementing changes.
