• Take the lead in promoting the sales of transformative digital and cloud solutions that will redefine the future of healthcare.
• Foster strong relationships with essential customer technical stakeholders, including CIOs, CISOs, and leaders in Digital, Analytics, and AI, to comprehend their requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Utilize technology, data, and AI to proactively identify industry challenges and provide innovative solutions.
• Capitalize on connections with executives, thought leaders, and industry influencers to remain informed about market trends and competitor activities while uncovering growth and innovation opportunities.
• Develop internal collaborations with key stakeholders throughout the organization to align on business priorities, processes, workflows, and metrics, driving collective success.
• Collaborate with care pathway teams, digital pharma services, applications teams in imaging and Patient Care Solutions (PCS), as well as commercial sales and marketing teams to articulate the value of GE Healthcare’s Digital ecosystem, ensuring seamless implementation and outstanding customer experience.
• Advocate for Enterprise Digital products with USCAN commercial teams, identify appropriate targets, and empower application commercial teams to achieve new customer deployments for Digital products.
• Continually enhance clinical and technical knowledge, including awareness of current and future trends in healthcare technology and funding mechanisms.
• Possess a comprehensive understanding of customers’ digital and IT ecosystems and workflows to facilitate the adoption of digital products and drive business growth in alignment with segment targets for orders, revenue, cost, and margin.
• Demonstrate effective communication and influencing skills, both verbally and in writing, with internal and external audiences.
• Propel outcome-based selling (VBM) by mapping specific care area workflows (patient journey) and innovating in solution and product proposals.
• Establish clinical and technology business model innovations and commercial terms, particularly in new or adjacent markets.
• Build and manage relationships across GE businesses and sub-businesses, partners, and customers at CxO and senior management levels across diverse industries and geographies.
• Develop credibility and relationships across all functions and levels within the organization and with customers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, partners, internal/external customers, analysts, marketing, engineering, and senior management to formulate and execute the strategy.
• Influence internally and navigate successfully within a matrixed organization.
• Regional travel may be required as necessary.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 7-10 years of digital healthcare experience in a hospital, consulting, or software company, holding progressive leadership roles within the Healthcare sector, along with in-depth knowledge of the healthcare market and decision-makers.
• Customer-focused approach, with an unwavering commitment to excellence in customer satisfaction.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of cultivating strong and impactful relationships with C-level executives.
• Strong grasp of digital and cloud/SaaS products, as well as emerging technologies influencing the healthcare landscape.
• Exemplary peer leadership abilities combined with sales coaching and team-building skills.
• Advanced skills in negotiation, problem-solving, and influencing.
• Ability to energize, develop, and foster rapport, collaboration, and influence at all organizational levels.
• Capable of applying critical thinking and disciplined approaches to aid leaders and leadership teams in resolving issues and defining solutions.
• Proficient in managing risk and uncertainty for oneself and the team.
• Confidently make decisions even when problems or solutions are not fully defined.
• Previous experience with digital healthcare solutions is highly preferred, particularly with a background in AI/ML technologies, cloud, and SaaS solutions.
