This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary contact for designated enterprise accounts.

• Foster multi-tiered relationships across DevOps, FinOps, Engineering, Finance, and Executive stakeholders.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive account plans that include strategies for renewal and expansion.

• Take ownership of all renewals, negotiations, and forecasting processes.

• Identify opportunities for expansion, including new business units, increased usage, and new modules.

• Navigate through pricing, legal, and procurement workflows effectively.

• Collaborate with the Sales Engineer to ensure effective onboarding and timely value realization.

• Actively manage risks and safeguard revenue streams.

• Convert technical value into return on investment (ROI) and measurable business outcomes.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise account management, customer success, or strategic sales.

• Experience managing complex enterprise accounts, preferably with an annual recurring revenue (ARR) of $250k or more.

• Proven track record in owning renewals and expansions, with revenue or net revenue retention (NRR) quotas.

• Familiarity with intricate procurement cycles.

• Strong knowledge of DevOps and/or FinOps practices.

• Proficient in AWS, GCP, or Azure environments.

• Capability to engage credibly with leaders in engineering and finance.

• Exceptional communication skills at the executive level.

• Proficient negotiation skills for enterprise-level agreements.

• Expertise in structured account planning and accurate forecasting.

• High level of ownership and accountability in all responsibilities.

• Base Salary Range: $133,000 - $168,000

• Competitive on-target earnings (OTE) range of $190,000 - $240,000 with uncapped commission and equity options.
