
Enterprise Commercial Operations Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and governance of organization-wide processes aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction, commercial execution, and internal collaboration.
• Collaborate with business unit and functional commercial leaders to ensure the uniform application and alignment of commercial practices.
• Work alongside Legal and the Strategic Account Program Manager to streamline and standardize customer engagement documents, including NDAs and contracts.
• Gather input from EDGE Commercial and Customers to inform strategic decisions and governance for enabling platforms such as Salesforce and Microsoft tools.
• Create and head an enterprise steering committee that focuses on commercial excellence, project controls, and enterprise sales enablement.
• Conduct value stream mapping across various commercial functions to pinpoint customer pain points and eliminate unnecessary waste.
• Lead change management and continuous improvement efforts by converting mapping results into lean roadmaps, standard work processes, and sustainable operating rhythms.
• Develop systems to identify and highlight cross-business-unit opportunities early in the development cycle.
• Set up processes and standard operating procedures for collaboration across business units concerning commercial opportunities arising from a single business unit.
• Cultivate a customer-centric culture and enhance the commercial deal-making experience for strategic customers, projects, and regions.
• Bachelor’s Degree in business, engineering, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Extensive progressive experience in commercial operations within the energy, industrial, or technology sectors.
• Proven history of leading cross-functional initiatives successfully.
• Experience in delivering measurable enhancements in commercial operations.
• Demonstrated expertise in process design and leadership in change management.
• Knowledge in pricing and pricing analytics.
• Ability to influence at all levels within GE Vernova and across business units.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic thinker with an operational mindset and a strong passion for customer advocacy.
• Lean expertise or demonstrated ability in establishing standard work and developing continuous improvement roadmaps.
• Proven collaboration and cooperation with a One Team approach.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
