This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Proactively identify sales opportunities by collaborating with fellow Sales teams, Inside Sales, and Partnerships to create a robust sales pipeline.
• Leverage insights obtained during the needs analysis phase to present a compelling demonstration of the Workiva platform.
• Effectively manage customer objections by removing barriers and providing solutions to diverse client challenges.
• Seamlessly lead the sales process, steering it towards closure by effectively highlighting Workiva's value proposition.
• Frequently and promptly update customer relationship management tools to document customer interactions.
• Offer consistent and precise forward-looking insights through pipeline analysis to project sales.
• Create and implement strategic account planning with intentional actions to ensure sales success.
• Mobilize internal support to pursue accounts and maximize internal resources.
• Prioritize sales activities and ensure timely execution of follow-ups.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of Workiva products through continuous training and a commitment to personal growth.
• Share knowledge, achievements, lessons learned, and best practices with colleagues across teams, including mentoring peers.
• Over 10 years of experience in a relevant role, particularly in enterprise technology or complex solution sales across significant customer accounts.
• Bachelor’s Degree or a comparable mix of knowledge and relevant career experience.
• Proficiency in both German and English.
• Reliable internet access is necessary for any duration of remote work outside a Workiva office.
