• Create and implement channel strategies aimed at enhancing partner recruitment, enablement, and sales performance.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners within the designated territory.
• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with current partners to optimize revenue potential.
• Oversee and execute the Channel Plan, which includes training programs, certifications, and metrics for partner performance.
• Ensure partners are informed about the necessary sales and technical certifications.
• Conduct routine training, enablement sessions, and performance assessments to improve partner effectiveness.
• Generate and manage the sales pipeline/forecast, ensuring steady growth and the identification of new business opportunities.
• Lead and manage special channel initiatives, collaborating with internal teams to ensure success.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to design and implement lead generation programs within the assigned territory.
• Develop and present sales presentations to partners and customers, actively involved in sales meetings and industry events.
• 5+ years of experience in technology sales, channel management, or partner development, with a proven history of surpassing sales targets.
• Proven success in collaborating with national partners, technology vendors, distributors, resellers, system integrators, and consulting firms.
• Familiarity with data management and AI is advantageous.
• Possess an analytical mindset, capable of evaluating sales and market data to inform strategic decisions.
• Experience in lead generation initiatives and demand generation marketing campaigns.
• Ability to deliver engaging presentations and conduct effective sales training sessions.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% may be necessary.
