
Enterprise Business Development Representative – BDR

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify and target enterprise merchants generating over $12M annually within designated verticals.
• Perform high-volume outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn, and additional channels.
• Research potential accounts and develop strategic plans for account penetration.
• Engage with senior-level decision makers such as CEOs, CFOs, COOs, Treasury Leaders, and Heads of Payments.
• Generate qualified leads and arrange meetings for senior sales leadership.
• Create and sustain a steady pipeline of enterprise opportunities.
• Document all prospecting activities, conversations, and follow-up actions in HubSpot and Aircall.
• Implement structured outbound campaigns aimed at identifying payment processing opportunities.
• Collaborate with leadership to enhance messaging, target industries, and account strategies.
• Maintain activity levels and performance metrics in line with company expectations.
• Perform additional duties as required.
• 2–5+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales Development, Enterprise Prospecting, or Outbound Sales.
• Preferred experience in selling to enterprise organizations.
• Strongly preferred experience in payments, fintech, SaaS, banking, treasury, merchant services, or financial technology.
• Proven track record of generating meetings and pipelines through outbound prospecting.
• Experience in engaging with executive-level decision makers.
• Comfortable in a metrics-driven environment with ambitious growth targets.
• Experience prospecting in any of the following industries is advantageous: Healthcare, Multi-location Retail, Restaurant & Hospitality, Automotive, Professional Services, Manufacturing, Distribution & Wholesale, eCommerce, B2B Services, and Franchise Organizations.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• Prolonged sitting.
• Travel as necessary.
