This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Create and implement targeted outbound prospecting strategies aimed at enterprise and strategic accounts.
• Establish high-quality connections with senior decision-makers—including CFOs, Managing Partners, and IT Leaders—through strategic cold outreach, executive-level email sequences, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, phone communication, and other channels.
• Cultivate multi-threaded relationships within target accounts by engaging various stakeholders across accounting firms to advance opportunities through the sales pipeline.
• Assist senior Account Executives in enterprise outbound strategies, account mapping, and territory planning initiatives.
• Act as the initial point of contact for inbound enterprise inquiries and assess the appropriate next steps for each opportunity.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of the Suralink platform and the accounting/professional services sector to engage credibly with senior finance professionals and discuss enterprise-specific value drivers.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and marketing teams to ensure alignment on account-based strategies, messaging, and enterprise pipeline objectives.
• Consistently achieve and surpass demo booking, pipeline creation, and activity quotas.
• Monitor, manage, and report on all prospecting activities, pipeline metrics, and account intelligence within HubSpot CRM.
• Must reside in the United States.
• 1–2 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or outbound sales role, with a proven track record of success in prospecting enterprise accounts preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and relationship-building skills tailored for enterprise selling environments.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, including comfort and confidence when engaging with C-level and VP-level executives.
• Familiarity with enterprise SaaS sales cycles, encompassing multi-stakeholder and multi-threaded buying processes.
• Experience with enterprise prospecting and intelligence tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
• Proven ability to work independently with a self-starter mentality, as well as collaboratively within a quota-driven team.
• Strong work ethic combined with a growth mindset, intellectual curiosity, and a passion for building meaningful relationships with senior prospects.
• Capacity to incorporate constructive feedback and adapt outreach strategies based on data and outcomes.
• Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business, or a related field.
