Enterprise Business Development Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Work collaboratively with the Commercial team to develop prospect lists and an outbound strategy aimed at engaging potential customers.

• Conduct research and produce outreach materials for targeted accounts, utilizing AI tools, LinkedIn, and other research resources for both sales-directed and self-sourced efforts.

• Proactively identify, source, and prospect new customers independently, subsequently distributing leads to the Sales team in a round-robin manner.

• Collaborate closely with Account Executives to advance deals and share insights and learnings.

• Continuously enhance outbound messaging and processes to improve prospecting outcomes.

• Assist in lead generation at events, conferences, and webinars, overseeing the entire event lifecycle.

• Implement existing lead generation strategies while exploring new ideas for generating leads.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of BDR/sales experience, demonstrating a successful track record in B2B sales.

• Capability to grasp complex technical and business requirements and translate them into practical, actionable solutions.

• Strong expertise in account research, lead sourcing, and creating personalized messaging by leveraging AI tools.

• Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to generate interest around a new product category.

• Resilience and coachability: you bounce back quickly from rejection, actively seek feedback, and incorporate it with genuine curiosity.

• Self-driven and motivated: you uphold a standard of excellence in your role, proactively monitor your progress, and thrive on setting and achieving ambitious goals.

• Comfortable with uncertainty, possessing a proactive attitude of “no task is too small,” and open to experimenting with innovative strategies and ideas.

• Willingness and capability to travel to conferences and client events.

• Nice to haves:

• Experience in the payments and/or fintech industry.

• Familiarity with sales tools such as Hubspot, Outreach, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

• Extensive experience in in-person prospecting (e.g., conferences, dinners, events).

• Experience working remotely with distributed teams.
