This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drive lead opportunities and cultivate new business through both inbound and outbound phone communications (30/70), while utilizing mass communication tools such as email, social media, Salesloft, etc. to present Dodge products/services and facilitate demos and appointments.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly activity and sales lead targets, updating records within the CRM system.
• Acquire and implement solution-based selling techniques via a consultative prospecting approach.
• Adhere to the standard operating procedures established by management to achieve the highest percentage of success factors.
• Maintain the required call volumes.
• Meet all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to connect with the desired number of prospects daily, enhancing lead-to-opportunity and opportunity-to-win ratios.
• Experience as a Business Development Representative (BDR), specifically in prospecting enterprise-level organizations.
• Demonstrated success in prospecting within large or complex organizations that involve multiple buyers, and scheduling meetings with senior stakeholders, including executive leadership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities; capable of engaging with VP and C-level decision makers.
• Comfortable navigating through large organizational structures.
• Familiarity with outbound prospecting tools and Salesforce.com.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a natural sales aptitude.
• Proficient in desktop software applications, including the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Ability to manage a high volume of cold calls to establish a resourceful pipeline.
• Web and tech-savvy with a readiness to learn new SaaS products.
• Adaptable in learning job responsibilities and processes.
• Exceptional decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Results-oriented with the capability to adjust to a rapidly changing work environment.
• Comfortable utilizing LinkedIn to identify additional contacts.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Bachelor's Degree and/or a combination of relevant work experience.
