This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Support the business development team by assisting with prospecting, cold outreach, and organizing qualified meetings.
• Acquire knowledge and effectively navigate complex programmatic and digital storefront software.
• Resolve minor account issues and extract data-driven insights.
• Engage in daily multi-channel outreach through email, LinkedIn, and phone targeting independent agencies and mid-market franchise brands.
• Assess incoming Enterprise leads and manage inquiries from mid-market and smaller clients.
• Cultivate qualified inquiries to free up executive bandwidth for Tier-1 deals.
• Create target-prospect briefs and evaluate current digital presence.
• Coordinate scheduling and ensure seamless handoffs to internal team members.
• Organize and update Enterprise marketing materials, pitch decks, and case studies.
• Maintain CRM records for pipeline forecasting, outreach tracking, conversion metrics, and account health.
• Manage logistics, meeting schedules, and asset delivery for industry conferences and networking events.
• Report directly to the Senior Director of Enterprise Sales.
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, ad-tech, SaaS, or agency sales development.
• A strong desire to understand Enterprise sales strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to build, nurture, and manage a comprehensive sales pipeline from prospecting to closing.
• Capability to design, present, and finalize platform-agnostic media plans tailored to various advertiser objectives.
• High level of comfort in learning complex software.
• Advanced proficiency in Salesforce and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Previous exposure to DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
• Proficient in analyzing digital campaign reports and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
• Experience in training large-scale sales teams across geographically diverse organizations.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills that are crisp and professional.
• Ability to foster strong relationships and engage both technical and non-technical audiences, including agency stakeholders and brand directors.
• A proactive, problem-solving self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Competence in managing detailed tasks and multiple competing priorities.
• Must reside and work in the United States (territories excluded).
