This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Act as the main contact for a collection of customer accounts.
• Develop and enhance long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders in financial institutions.
• Ensure that customers receive outstanding service and support throughout their engagement with CSI.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, address concerns, and achieve favorable outcomes.
• Conduct strategic business assessments and maintain ongoing communication with clients.
• Identify opportunities to increase customer value through additional CSI products and services.
• Engage in cross-selling initiatives and contribute to objectives related to business retention and growth.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and take proactive measures to enhance the overall client experience.
• Keep customers updated on product advancements, new services, and industry developments.
• Assist in pipeline development, contract renewals, and customer advocacy efforts.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Over 3 years of experience in relationship management, account management, customer success, sales, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Must possess experience in banking, fintech, SaaS, or a related technology-driven sector.
• Strong capability to build trust and influence decision-makers.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven abilities in problem-solving and negotiation.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time.
