This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +8 more states.
• Oversee and enhance the LeanIX application and capability inventory, ensuring that applications, interfaces, and business capabilities are accurately depicted and updated regularly.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders across various functions to verify application ownership, lifecycle status, and fundamental attributes of application portfolio management (APM) such as criticality, usage, and risk.
• Develop and sustain standard reports and views (e.g., in LeanIX and Lovable) that provide Enterprise Architecture and business leaders with insights into the application landscape and ownership.
• Utilize EA tools (LeanIX, Jira, Confluence) and AI technologies (e.g., Claude, Glean, Lovable) to enhance data collection, validation, documentation, and reporting processes.
• Assist in EA intake and governance procedures by preparing application/capability views and documentation for review and decision-making purposes.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a business systems, data, or enterprise architecture analyst working with application portfolios or system inventories in a complex setting.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture or application portfolio tools (e.g., LeanIX or similar) and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) for data and workflow management.
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and thorough documentation across multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to engage directly with business and IT partners to clarify ownership, usage, and lifecycle status of applications and capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of producing clear diagrams, tables, and reports that are easily understood by non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven proficiency with AI: regular use of LLM assistants and agents (e.g., Claude) and AI application development tools (e.g., Lovable, Glean) for research, summarization, data quality checks, and report generation, with a practice of verifying and correcting AI outputs before dissemination.
