Enterprise Architect – M&A Integration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more locations.

📋 Description

• Assist with Enterprise Architecture initiatives related to M&A integration programs.

• Evaluate the current application and technology landscapes.

• Establish target-state architectures and integration roadmaps.

• Create documentation for application portfolios, technology inventories, and architecture artifacts.

• Conduct application rationalization and pinpoint consolidation opportunities.

• Align business capabilities with the applications that support them.

• Lead architecture workshops involving business and IT stakeholders.

• Aid in Day 1 activities, TSA Exit, and long-term integration planning.

• Collaborate with business units, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data teams.

• Assess solution designs to ensure they comply with Enterprise Architecture standards.

• Identify integration risks, technical debt, and dependencies.

• Manage architecture repositories and governance documentation.

• Produce architecture assessments and recommendations tailored for executive audiences.

• Facilitate the successful execution of integration initiatives alongside project teams and partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, or 5–10 years in Solution/Application Architecture with significant exposure to Enterprise Architecture.

• Mandatory: Previous experience in M&A (Merger & Acquisition) integration.

• Experience in Enterprise Architecture and Integration Architecture.

• Proficient in assessing enterprise application landscapes.

• Skilled in application portfolio management.

• Knowledgeable in business capability mapping.

• Experience with application rationalization.

• Ability to define integration strategies and roadmaps.

• Competent in creating executive-level architecture documentation.

• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.

• Nice to have: Experience in supporting multiple acquisitions or divestitures.

• Nice to have: Familiarity with TOGAF or other Enterprise Architecture frameworks.

• Nice to have: Experience with Enterprise Architecture tools such as Ardoq, LeanIX, Bizzdesign, erwin Evolve, or similar.

• Nice to have: Background in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial organizations.

• Nice to have: Knowledge of Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.

• Willingness to travel within the UK and Europe for architecture workshops.
