
Enterprise Architect β M&A Integration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
β’ Assist in Enterprise Architecture initiatives related to M&A integration programs.
β’ Evaluate the existing application and technology landscapes.
β’ Establish target-state architectures and integration roadmaps.
β’ Document application portfolios, technology inventories, and architectural artifacts.
β’ Conduct application rationalization and recognize consolidation opportunities.
β’ Align business capabilities with relevant applications.
β’ Organize architecture workshops involving business and IT stakeholders.
β’ Aid in Day 1, TSA Exit, and long-term integration planning.
β’ Collaborate with teams from business, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data.
β’ Review solution designs to ensure they meet Enterprise Architecture standards.
β’ Identify integration risks, technical debt, and dependencies.
β’ Maintain architecture repositories and governance documentation.
β’ Generate executive-ready architecture assessments and recommendations.
β’ Ensure the successful execution of integration initiatives alongside project teams and partners.
β’ 2β5 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, or 5β10 years in Solution/Application Architecture with significant exposure to Enterprise Architecture.
β’ Prior experience in M&A (Merger & Acquisition) integration is mandatory.
β’ Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture.
β’ Familiarity with Integration Architecture.
β’ Competence in assessing the enterprise application landscape.
β’ Experience in application portfolio management.
β’ Skills in business capability mapping.
β’ Expertise in application rationalization.
β’ Ability to define integration strategies and roadmaps.
β’ Proficiency in creating executive-level architecture documentation.
β’ Experience in stakeholder management and facilitating workshops.
β’ Nice to have: experience supporting multiple acquisitions or divestitures.
β’ Nice to have: exposure to TOGAF or other Enterprise Architecture frameworks.
β’ Nice to have: familiarity with Enterprise Architecture tools such as Ardoq, LeanIX, Bizzdesign, erwin Evolve, or similar.
β’ Nice to have: experience in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial organizations.
β’ Nice to have: knowledge of Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
β’ Remote work options available.
β’ Flexibility to occasionally accommodate meetings with stakeholders from North America or APAC.
β’ Willingness to travel within the UK and Europe for architecture workshops (typically up to 3 days).
