Enterprise Architect

📋 Description

• Architect the foundational operations of the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem at an enterprise level.

• Develop frameworks that ensure cross-platform reliability, proactive observability, automated health monitoring, and governance.

• Lead teams, eliminate obstacles, and assist Research & Innovation in advancing to the next level.

• Create solutions for monitoring platform health, ensuring data quality, managing access governance, deriving operational insights, realizing value, automating processes, and proactively identifying issues.

• Enhance the reliability, governability, observability, automation, measurability, and scalability of the Adobe ecosystem across various teams and products.

• Detect and address product gaps where off-the-shelf capabilities fail to meet the needs of Customer Zero.

• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to shape the future product roadmap.

• Convert intricate platform signals into quantifiable business value and insights for leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in enterprise solution architecture spanning multiple products, teams, operational models, and business use cases.

• Capability to design scalable frameworks that ensure platform reliability, health monitoring, operational insights, proactive issue detection, and executive visibility.

• Comprehensive understanding of governance architecture, encompassing access visibility, entitlement tracking, auditability, privacy, compliance, and operational accountability.

• Skill in identifying discrepancies between business requirements, operational demands, and existing product capabilities, and defining architectural patterns or prototypes to bridge these gaps.

• Knowledge of the cross-platform Adobe Experience Cloud, including AEP, RTCDP, AJO, CJA, Analytics, Workfront, GenStudio, Experience League, and related integrations.

• Proficiency in translating platform signals into KPIs, value realization metrics, leadership reports, and insights ready for decision-making.

• Strong architectural judgment concerning automation, standardization, monitoring, governance, and escalation in product or engineering contexts.

• Technical proficiency with data, APIs, reporting tools, cloud platforms, and integration patterns.

• Strong technical leadership skills to influence cross-functional teams, align stakeholders, guide implementation teams, and connect platform capabilities with measurable business outcomes.
