Enterprise Applications Development Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Build, configure, manage, and provide support for assigned enterprise applications and workflows within the SaaS environment, including SAP, Salesforce/Veeva, Greenhouse, and Ketch.

• Develop and sustain SQL queries, data models, integrations, and automated workflows utilizing APIs, middleware, file exchanges, and scripting.

• Execute reconciliation, error handling, monitoring, and recovery processes.

• Assist with SAP and CRM implementations and improvements through data mapping, migration, integration development, testing, and production troubleshooting.

• Link application data to commercial reporting and the commercial data foundation.

• Maintain validated SQL queries and documented access procedures for essential monitoring.

• Convert business needs into requirements, technical designs, and actionable deliverables.

• Configure standard platform functionalities and create custom solutions when warranted.

• Identify failures, coordinate vendor assistance, communicate business impact, and address recurring issues.

• Keep runbooks up to date and cross-train colleagues for backup support.

• Manage technical tasks in collaboration with vendors and internal teams.

• Maintain documentation for applications, support contacts, and license usage information.

• Suggest simplifications and highlight renewal or support risks to IT leadership.

• Employ version control, peer review, repeatable deployment, and suitable testing methodologies.

• Collaborate with Security and IT Validation on access controls, change documentation, and validation evidence for regulated workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of relevant experience in enterprise applications, ERP/CRM systems, database development, or data engineering, with recent hands-on delivery and production support roles.

• Strong SQL development expertise, encompassing relational data modeling, troubleshooting, data quality, and performance optimization.

• Practical experience with scripting in Python or a similar language.

• Familiarity with configuring or supporting enterprise SaaS platforms and integrating ERP or CRM systems.

• Relevant experience may include Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Salesforce, or similar platforms.

• Hands-on experience in building and maintaining ETL/ELT processes and integrations using APIs, middleware, or file-based exchanges, with a focus on reliability and recovery.

• Ability to engage directly with business users, clarify requirements, test solutions, and oversee changes through deployment and ongoing support.

• Experience with Git or similar version control systems, issue tracking, technical documentation, and disciplined release practices.

• Comfort with regular use of computers and office equipment, screen work, basic hand coordination, clear communication, occasional movement, and sustained concentration.
