Enterprise Application Support Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collect and document both business and technical requirements, capturing current-state and target-state processes.

• Configure, develop, integrate, or manage the enterprise platform in accordance with established design standards.

• Oversee interfaces, data conversions, reporting, security measures, and process interdependencies.

• Plan and carry out unit, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing effectively.

• Assist with deployments, promote user adoption, resolve issues, and drive continuous process enhancements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the entire delivery lifecycle.

• Contribute to the development of robust and maintainable enterprise solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Typically possess 4+ years of experience in a relevant professional role.

• Hands-on experience with the specific technology stack, enterprise platform, tools, and delivery methodologies pertinent to the role.

• Background in implementing, developing, administering, or supporting the designated enterprise platform mentioned in the job title.

• Solid understanding of applicable business processes and the core functionalities of the platform.

• Proficient in gathering requirements, configuring or developing solutions, and documenting decisions made.

• Familiarity with integrations, data flows, testing protocols, and production support activities.

• Capable of collaborating effectively with business users, technical teams, and external partners.

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
