Enterprise AI Feature Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Assist in the implementation, integration, and operational management of Google Gemini for Gov, M365 Copilot, and ChatGPT Gov Enterprise solutions.

• Facilitate the secure, scalable, and compliant deployment of enterprise AI platforms in accordance with federal standards and organizational goals.

• Work in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders and AFS Leadership to provide high-quality, scalable, and innovative AI-driven applications.

• Support project activities such as procurement, handling NIST 800-171 security approvals through the operations team, Entra ID SSO integration, logging integration, user feedback collection, and ensuring operational readiness with dedicated support resources.

• Aid in resolving technical challenges and apply established methods while exploring new strategies.

• Oversee the licensing process.

• Manage application configurations.

• Handle features in relation to FedRAMP-approved services.

• Assist in identifying and addressing technical issues and dependencies throughout the development lifecycle.

• Collaborate with the team to maintain adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security protocols.

• Contribute to documentation and knowledge-sharing efforts to ensure operational readiness.

• Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on AI technologies and industry trends.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory.

• US Citizenship is required.

• Proven experience in the deployment and integration of enterprise AI platforms.

• Familiarity with at least one enterprise AI tool: Google Gemini for Gov, M365 Copilot, or ChatGPT Gov.

• Understanding of federal security standards and compliance frameworks, such as NIST 800-171.

• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, identity management, and secure system design.

• Proficiency in programming and scripting for automation and integration tasks.

• Familiarity with data management practices.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to collaborate effectively within a team setting.

• Eagerness to learn and continuously enhance knowledge.

• Understanding of version control systems.

• Interest in multi-agent systems.
