Enterprise Agreement Consumption Analyst

📋 Description

• Act as the main asset management consultant for clients utilizing Cisco Enterprise Agreements

• Perform regular evaluations with clients to verify asset inventories

• Ensure asset records are precise and current across customer environments

• Detect inconsistencies between deployed assets and contracted entitlements

• Offer proactive advice on how customer expansion influences EA consumption

• Inform customers about the mechanics of EA and its financial impacts

• Support clients in predicting future EA requirements based on growth trends

• Serve as a bridge between clients and Cisco representatives

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in communications, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline

• 4 years of pertinent industry experience

• Demonstrated customer management capabilities with large and intricate accounts

• Competence in analyzing complex scenarios and formulating action plans

• Experience in value messaging, management, and sales skills

• Background in process development, consulting, or technical services

• Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce) and ITSM software (ServiceNow)

• Exceptional communication and customer engagement abilities

• Strong financial insight and forecasting skills

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications
