This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.
• Engage in contract negotiations and finalize agreements.
• Proactively seek, identify, assess, and cultivate a sales pipeline.
• Rapidly establish robust and effective relationships with executive-level individuals.
• Conduct in-person visits, live product demonstrations, and webinars as necessary.
• Achieve and surpass quarterly performance targets.
• Perform cold calls to new and potential staffing accounts.
• Maintain and enhance relationships with current accounts to sustain and increase revenue.
• Create sales materials, presentations, and demonstrations for key accounts and prospective clients.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Possess a Hunter mentality.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 7 years of experience in enterprise roles within staffing companies.
• Proficiency in SalesForce or a comparable CRM system.
• Preferred experience in B2B and B2C sales.
• Proven history of meeting and exceeding sales goals and quotas.
• Strong drive for achievement and competitiveness; enjoys competing and winning.
