This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Expand the customer base for New Business sales.
• Collaborate with the inside renewals team to enhance or upsell current renewals.
• Utilize a consultative sales approach to effectively position security solutions.
• Aim to surpass quarterly and annual revenue goals.
• Cooperate with technical pre-sales and professional services teams to devise solutions and conduct workshops.
• Engage with stakeholders at various levels within an account, including board members.
• Create account and opportunity plans to refine account strategies.
• Build and nurture relationships with channel and service partners.
• Oversee the sales CRM tool and provide accurate forecasts.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the security market.
• Proficiency in English and German.
• MEDDPICC or MEDDIC training is a plus.
• Familiarity with the security market and the trends influencing business and IT/security usage.
• Experience in a matrixed organizational environment.
• Proven ability to revive distressed accounts.
• Experience in meeting pipeline objectives.
• A history of transforming accounts from outdated to engaging for business.
• Proficiency in Polish is an additional advantage.
