This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Saudi Arabia.
• Propel new business growth and drive strategic account expansion throughout Saudi Arabia.
• Formulate and implement account strategies for major enterprise and government clients.
• Cultivate executive relationships across business, operations, HSE, risk management, digital transformation, and IT stakeholders.
• Oversee intricate consultative sales processes that involve legal, procurement, security, and compliance factors.
• Collaborate closely with partners, system integrators, and players in the cloud ecosystem to create and advance opportunities.
• Recognize operational and business challenges and effectively position Enablon solutions in response.
• Establish and maintain a qualified pipeline that aligns with regional growth objectives.
• Engage in cross-functional collaboration with presales, services, customer success, and partner teams.
• Ensure forecast accuracy and maintain CRM discipline across all opportunities.
• Over 10 years of experience in enterprise software sales within Saudi Arabia or the GCC region.
• A robust network and experience in the oil & gas, utilities, industrial, or government sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline and successfully close complex enterprise transactions.
• Experience in managing extended consultative sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
• Exceptional executive communication and negotiation abilities.
• Familiarity with SI/partner-led sales models.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English is strongly preferred.
• Experience with EHS, ORM, ESG, ERP, industrial software, or operational transformation solutions is highly desirable.
