This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Cultivate and enhance relationships with some of our major global clients in the TV and Audio sectors.
• Collaborate with the WideOrbit Sales team to oversee key accounts, fostering strategic partnerships and identifying challenges faced by customers and the industry.
• Work alongside internal teams to provide solutions and facilitate account growth, with potential opportunities to manage specific U.S.-based clients.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of your portfolio, including client goals, priorities, and how WideOrbit solutions contribute to their success.
• Track customer health metrics (e.g., CSAT, NPS, NRR) and proactively address risks to enhance satisfaction and retention.
• Engage cross-functionally with sales, product, and support teams, serving as the customer advocate to guide product and service enhancements.
• Organize and conduct quarterly and annual business reviews with executive stakeholders to evaluate performance and align on strategic goals.
• Develop and implement customized account plans that align with customer objectives and WideOrbit revenue aspirations.
• Identify, advocate for, and pursue expansion opportunities driven by changing customer needs and growth strategies.
• Collaborate with sales to meet quarterly and annual targets for upselling, cross-selling, and renewals.
• Over 5 years of experience in the media industry, particularly in the Canadian audio and TV markets.
• At least 5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a customer partnership role.
• Well-established knowledge of WideOrbit products and services.
• Demonstrated ability to build and sustain deep relationships with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience engaging and influencing executive-level clients (preferred).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to be clear, concise, and persuasive.
• Trusted problem-solving abilities, capable of working independently and rallying internal resources as required.
• Project management experience, including the ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders concurrently.
• Highly organized with a keen eye for detail, capable of balancing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while adhering to tight deadlines.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for client meetings both domestically and internationally.
• Proficiency in French is an advantage.
