• Oversee and expand a portfolio exceeding $3M across enterprise RIA and wealth management clients.
• Propel revenue growth by implementing structured account strategies, identifying, and securing growth opportunities within current clients.
• Manage the renewal process, ensuring high retention rates and exceptional client satisfaction.
• Build and maintain a robust, precise pipeline while demonstrating strong forecasting capabilities in CRM.
• Cultivate deep executive relationships with Founders, CEOs, Heads of Growth, and senior stakeholders across your accounts.
• Collaborate across functions with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing to eliminate obstacles, respond to client feedback, and enhance additional value.
• Provide market insights to inform the business on client requirements, pricing strategies, packaging, and competitive trends in the US advisory sector.
• A solid history of driving revenue growth within enterprise accounts in the US wealth, RIA, advisor marketing, fintech, or advisor technology sectors, ideally managing relationships valued at $250K+ annually and portfolios exceeding $2M.
• Strong commercial acumen, with a background in negotiating complex contracts and managing multi-stage sales processes.
• Experience in managing relationships with C-suite executives within large RIAs, enterprise wealth firms, or broker-dealer networks, possessing the confidence to challenge perspectives and lead crucial commercial discussions.
• Outstanding organizational skills and pipeline management capabilities. You can effectively manage a large, intricate portfolio without oversight issues.
• A genuine dedication to client success: you strive to exceed expectations and know how to marshal internal resources to achieve this.
• Familiarity with or working knowledge of advisor lead generation, wealth marketing platforms, or fintech products aimed at the advisory market is particularly advantageous.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment where ambiguity is common and self-direction is anticipated.
