This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Take ownership of and manage a portfolio of enterprise clients.
• Recognize opportunities for expansion and enhance customer value.
• Formulate long-term strategies for accounts and implement account mapping.
• Facilitate commercial discussions throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve successful results.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise account management.
• Demonstrated success in driving growth within enterprises and building customer relationships.
• Strong comprehension of intricate sales processes and adept negotiation capabilities.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience in managing accounts with an annual recurring revenue exceeding $1M.
