This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Accountable for recognizing, cultivating, and finalizing new business opportunities within current accounts.
• Promoting Quest’s Data Governance, AI Readiness, and Database Management solutions to senior IT and business leaders, with a strong focus on C-level engagement.
• Establishing connections with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and other high-level decision-makers.
• Overseeing intricate sales cycles, from initial prospecting to deal closure, utilizing a consultative, ‘value-add’ sales methodology.
• Crafting and implementing a strategic sales plan across various accounts.
• Collaborating with key channel and reseller partners to broaden market reach and stimulate revenue growth.
• Over 10 years of experience in selling complex software solutions to enterprise clients.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding quotas.
• Demonstrated ability to secure net-new logos, encompassing prospecting, discovery, positioning, and deal execution.
• Strong business and technical insight with the capacity to navigate multi-threaded complex sales cycles.
• Established success in cross-functional collaboration with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to achieve results.
• Experience in managing and prioritizing a territory, alongside robust forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM practices.
• Proven experience in selling to C-level executives (CIO, CISO, CTO, VP-level and above).
• Domain-specific expertise in Data, Cloud, Cyber Security, or AI.
• Willingness to travel 30-50%.
• Proficiency in German.
