This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Create and execute detailed sales strategies aimed at reaching revenue goals while enhancing Honeywell's visibility and market share within assigned accounts.
• Evaluate market dynamics and competitor actions to uncover potential business opportunities.
• Establish and nurture relationships with current clients while actively pursuing new market prospects.
• Concentrate on solution areas such as mobility, scanning, printing, voice, and SaaS (Software as a Service), with a focus on key sectors like distribution centers, transportation & logistics, retail, manufacturing, and healthcare.
• Develop and sustain robust, long-term relationships with customers, serving as the main point of contact for critical clients and overseeing the overall partnership.
• Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations that effectively communicate the value of Honeywell’s offerings, negotiate complex commercial agreements, and finalize sales to meet objectives.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, customer service, and product management teams to ensure alignment with customer requirements and market demands.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in technology sales (hardware and software), particularly within a consultative sales framework.
• Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
• Strong comprehension of the industrial technology landscape and solutions.
• Capability to develop rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, along with strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed choices.
