This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee a portfolio of key enterprise accounts that are highly strategic.
• Develop, present, and advocate for data-driven pricing models to procurement and finance teams.
• Create strategic account plans that pinpoint opportunities for expansion and upselling.
• Maintain a forecasted pipeline of renewals and expansions to achieve quota targets.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers, leveraging product knowledge to address customer challenges.
• Act as a strategic ally to stakeholders and champions within assigned accounts.
• Identify churn risks, implement resolution strategies, and provide guidance to sales leadership on resolutions.
• Engage in the enhancement of internal operational processes.
• Occasionally travel for on-site meetings with clients, industry events, conferences, and internal sales kick-offs.
• Undertake additional projects and responsibilities as business needs dictate.
• Several years of proven experience in account expansion and renewals, collaborating with executives in enterprise accounts with over 1,000 employees.
• A consistent history of meeting or surpassing quotas.
• Exceptional project management abilities.
• Capability to create, present, and defend intricate pricing models to procurement and finance teams.
• Demonstrated proficiency in resolving complex challenges through a consultative approach and managing customer expectations effectively.
• Expertise in lifecycle revenue management and high-precision forecasting for renewals and expansions within a complex enterprise portfolio.
• Experience in advising senior leadership by transforming portfolio data into actionable insights regarding market trends, risk management, and growth opportunities.
• Familiarity with the HR industry and SaaS is advantageous.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
