This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage a specific portfolio of large, named priority accounts within a designated geographic region.
• Act as the main point of contact, overseeing the overall health and growth of each relationship.
• Create and uphold account plans, stakeholder maps, service-line penetration strategies, and expansion pathways.
• Establish trusted, multi-threaded relationships with principals, partners, and decision-makers.
• Oversee an approximate $8M book of business and meet an annual expansion goal.
• Identify, qualify, and secure cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across ETS service lines.
• Discover new engagements by understanding clients' evolving tax positions, transaction activities, and business transformations.
• Forecast account revenue and maintain an accurate view of the expansion pipeline.
• Enhance client satisfaction, retention, and renewal rates.
• Coordinate service delivery with operations and technical teams to align with client expectations and timelines.
• Conduct regular account assessments with key firms.
• Maintain precise CRM account, contact, and opportunity records.
• Report on account status, expansion pipeline, and forecasts to the Sales Operations Manager.
• Track and stage opportunities from identification through closure, highlighting risks and bottlenecks.
• Serve as a liaison between assigned accounts and ETS marketing, sales, and operations teams.
• Collaborate with the Sales Operations Manager on intake standards and readiness for handoff.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience as outlined in the job details.
• Strong expertise in enterprise or strategic account management, client relationship management, and revenue growth.
• Demonstrated success in increasing revenue within an existing portfolio of named accounts.
• Exceptional consultative selling skills with the ability to close cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
• Capability to manage multiple high-value relationships and competing priorities in a dynamic, deadline-oriented environment.
• Strong account planning and project management skills.
• Proficiency in building trust and influencing senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Ability to work autonomously while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent from a four-year institution, or 5–7 years of related experience, or a suitable combination of education and experience.
• Excellent written communication abilities.
• Skill in presenting information clearly and communicating persuasively.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, forecasting, and account-planning skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software; ZOHO preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook.
