This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Identify, assess, and onboard strategic collaborators in AI, CCaaS, GSIs, and consultancy sectors.
• Negotiate partnership agreements and manage the legal onboarding documentation.
• Create and implement partner onboarding procedures, which include business planning, enablement, training, and operational readiness.
• Act as the main point of contact for newly onboarded partners during the initial engagement phase.
• Integrate partners into sales, marketing, technical, and operational initiatives.
• Establish and nurture executive and operational relationships with partner organizations.
• Formulate joint business plans and go-to-market strategies.
• Monitor partner performance, engagement levels, and success metrics.
• Enhance partner influence, revenue contributions, and market presence.
• Lead contract negotiations involving legal, finance, and executive stakeholders.
• Oversee partnership agreements, commercial terms, compliance obligations, and renewals.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Professional Services teams.
• Coordinate partner enablement initiatives and resource allocation.
• Advocate for partner needs and strategic goals within the organization.
• Track industry trends related to CX, AI, CCaaS, Service Providers, and System Integrators.
• Identify new partnership opportunities.
• Represent Cyara at industry events, partner meetings, and conferences.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Technology, or a related field.
• Over 8 years of experience in partner management, business development, channel sales, alliances, or strategic partnerships.
• Must be located in EMEA.
• Experience in working with partnerships is essential.
• Proven track record in onboarding and managing partnerships within the Customer Experience (CX) sector.
• Familiarity with AI, CCaaS, Service Provider, and Global System Integrator (GSI) partnerships.
• Strong expertise in partner contracts, commercial negotiations, and agreement oversight.
• Demonstrated success in building and scaling partner programs.
• Excellent relationship management and executive communication skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across various functions and organizational levels.
• Preferred: experience in cloud communications, contact centers, customer experience, or SaaS environments.
• Preferred: understanding of partner ecosystems involving AI platforms, cloud providers, and CX technologies.
• Preferred: experience in developing joint go-to-market strategies and partner enablement programs.
• Preferred: familiarity with channel management and partner relationship management tools.
