This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Assist in enterprise rollouts by coordinating tasks, monitoring progress, and facilitating client communications.
• Lead customer engagement initiatives such as check-in emails, scheduling quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and compiling usage summaries.
• Support Enterprise Accounts and play a key role in fostering strong relationships with enterprise clients through follow-ups, documentation, and daily operations.
• Aid in the preparation of materials and insights for strategic account planning sessions and customer check-ins.
• Contribute to implementation efforts by tracking milestones, collecting customer information, and ensuring alignment within the team.
• Assist in developing and maintaining implementation timelines and checklists to guarantee timely delivery.
• Facilitate customer onboarding by organizing training sessions, distributing welcome materials, and ensuring the completion of initial adoption tasks.
• Support onboarding and adoption tracking to maximize the benefits for enterprise clients on the platform.
• Identify opportunities to enhance adoption within your accounts through a blend of strategy, creativity, and practical insights.
• Organize and manage account activities within HubSpot to provide seamless support for Enterprise clients.
• Track implementation tasks and alert relevant team members to any risks or obstacles.
• Act as a resourceful point of contact for enterprise customers, escalating inquiries and issues to the appropriate team members.
• As part of a growing team, responsibilities may occasionally extend beyond those mentioned above to support CoVet’s broader objectives.
• Experience in account executive or management roles, ideally within the veterinary industry or a related sector.
• Demonstrated success in achieving KPIs and monthly performance targets.
• Strong organizational and execution capabilities, with the ability to manage complex deployments.
• Proven ability to guide clients through the implementation and adoption processes.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluency in English is mandatory, with proficiency in French and/or German as a valuable asset.
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and project management platforms.
