• Oversee the complete sales process, from identifying opportunities to finalizing contracts.
• Develop and secure a robust pipeline of enterprise accounts within major engineering firms.
• Create qualified leads through proactive outreach and incoming inquiries.
• Conduct engaging demonstrations that highlight Coder's unique value proposition clearly and persuasively.
• Work in conjunction with Sales Engineers to provide a comprehensive technical assessment.
• Collaborate with key decision-makers and technical stakeholders throughout the sales process.
• Travel as necessary to facilitate deals and maintain customer relationships.
• A minimum of 5 years in software sales, with a solid background in prospecting (preferably within Developer, Agent, DevSecOps, or Cloud Native Computing Foundation (CNCF) technologies).
• At least 3 years of experience selling to Fortune 500 companies.
• Proven ability to engage with leaders in software engineering and technical decision-makers.
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, platform engineering, and developer tools.
• Familiarity with GenAI & Agentic development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude, Windsurf, Goose, Copilot, etc).
• Awareness of various sales cycles (startup, midsize, enterprise).
• Provides equity.
• Offers commission.
