Enterprise Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Identify, generate, qualify, and secure new business opportunities for customers and prospects within a specified territory.

• Responsible for overseeing the entire sales lifecycle and developing the go-to-market strategy (which includes both direct and indirect business).

• Cultivate both new and existing accounts within the designated territory.

• Establish and implement a sales strategy that outlines a roadmap for achieving quota targets.

• Engage in sales forecasting, lead generation, prospecting, and the development of strategic relationships.

• Upsell 'New Product' offerings to current customers.

• Collaborate with assigned Account Executive – Enterprise Assist’s to intelligently cover and proactively seek out add-on opportunities within the territory.

• Maintain whitespace for all key focus customers.

• Partner closely with the Vice President, SE’s, PM’s, and broader POD to achieve strategic objectives.

• Coordinate with the Channel team and Channel Partners to provide value to our customers and BeyondTrust whenever feasible.

• Work with the SDR team to proactively address your total addressable market, including both focus and non-focus territory accounts.

• Attend corporate trade shows and events.

• Keep sales pipeline activity updated in Salesforce.

• Schedule and deliver product demonstrations and detailed presentations to prospects, customers, and partners.

• Lead RFP submissions for your accounts.


⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside within the territory being covered.

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• A minimum of 8 years of sales experience with a proven history of consistently meeting or surpassing annual quotas.

• Experience in enterprise software, IT services, SaaS, IoT, or related managed services sales to global organizations.

• Familiarity with Salesforce is essential.

• Ability to effectively convey sales messages and close sales.

• Experience in leveraging channels to drive business growth.

• Exceptional communication skills are required.

• Willingness to travel within the region is necessary.

• Nice To Have: Previous experience selling PAM software solutions.

• Nice To Have: Completion of 2 professional sales training courses (Sandler, SPIN, DISC, TAS, or Miller).

• Nice To Have: Experience in Strategic Account Management.
