This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maine, +5 more states.
• Oversee, track, and implement account management strategies within established institutional client accounts to promote sustainable and repeatable growth and revenue.
• Partner with institutional clients regarding voice of the customer (VOC) feedback for IT and Software Development of the CARE solution.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to establish key opinion leaders (KOLs), conduct clinical research, gather testimonials, and enhance marketing outreach.
• Ensure clients experience a robust and multifaceted interaction with Ambry's products and services.
• In conjunction with the ESE and/or AE, keep customers informed about pertinent product updates and new products/services.
• Work alongside the ESE, AE, and ASD to form a CARE Steering Committee within institutional clients to facilitate and advance monthly and quarterly client business reviews.
• Drive revenue growth, site expansion, and compliance within institutional clients to achieve sustainable and repeatable results.
• Establish and manage the customer’s ongoing adoption, training, and implementation of best practices.
• Ensure the effective delivery of a detailed and intricate sales offering while monitoring and assessing the value the solution provides to the customer.
• Collaborate as a member of the customer team by partnering, creating plans, and communicating with AEs, Digital Health Operations, IT, Software Development, and other internal colleagues.
• Identify upsell and expansion opportunities to scale the CARE business and partnerships while exceeding renewal and retention metrics.
• Engage proactively with customers, comprehend their expectations, build trust, and maintain positive relationships.
• Drive renewals by pinpointing key challenges faced by customers and coordinating internally to ensure they are addressed.
• Foster customer advocacy through internal NPS surveys, external reviews, case studies, testimonials, and referrals.
• Ensure complete post-sale success and customer satisfaction by positioning yourself as a trusted, knowledgeable advisor and business partner for their operational leadership.
• Develop a blend of product and industry knowledge, an innovative problem-solving approach, client relationship management skills, and the ability to motivate action with a compelling business case.
• An Account Manager is expected to lead overall client governance and cultivate strong relationships with operational leaders, including ESEs, Digital Health Operations, VPs, and C-Suite executives.
• Demonstrated experience in sales or as a sales support specialist delivering solutions tailored to customer needs.
• 3-5 years of experience in sales, project management, software sales, or Healthcare IT within health systems, IDNs, and the regional laboratory market.
• Excellent communication, leadership, executive presence, and interpersonal skills with a talent for building relationships across all organizational levels.
• Strong organizational and resource management capabilities.
• Proficiency in Health System Navigation and Strategic Agility.
• Experience in Innovation Management.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, or a related field.
