This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish trust and foster robust business relationships with key decision-makers in Absorb’s most promising accounts.
• Create strategic account plans to implement strategies that will lead to upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Leadership, Solutions Engineers, Account Development representatives) to formulate and execute expansion plans from Discovery to Closed Won.
• Keep track of your pipeline to ensure timely actions are taken to facilitate the sale until it is closed successfully.
• Work in conjunction with support and technology teams to gain expertise in Absorb LMS and the broader learning management landscape.
• Showcase Absorb LMS functionality and present pricing options that align with customer goals, supporting Absorb’s ongoing growth.
• Partner with existing Customer Success resources to identify risks and mitigate churn whenever possible.
• Utilize customer and prospect contact activity tools and systems, ensuring relevant information is updated within these systems.
• Monitor and analyze market and competitor activities, providing pertinent reports and insights.
• Strong background in technology sales and client management with a minimum of 7+ years of experience.
• Capability to become a trusted advisor to senior leaders within client organizations.
• Exceptional business communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience working with a global client base.
• Willingness to travel for business when necessary.
• Strong team player within internal teams.
• Post-secondary degree – business undergraduate degree or MBA.
