This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Establish trust and cultivate robust business relationships with key decision-makers in Absorb’s most promising accounts.
• Develop strategic account plans to implement strategies that will create upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal resources (Leadership, Solutions Engineers, Account Development representatives) to formulate and execute expansion plans from Discovery to Closed Won.
• Oversee your pipeline to ensure timely actions are taken to facilitate the sale to a successful close.
• Work in conjunction with support and technology teams to gain expertise in Absorb LMS and the broader learning management landscape.
• Exhibit Absorb LMS capabilities and present pricing options that align with customer objectives, contributing to Absorb’s ongoing growth.
• Partner with existing Customer Success resources to identify potential risks and mitigate churn whenever feasible.
• Utilize customer and prospect engagement tools and systems, updating relevant information in these systems.
• Track and report on market and competitor activities, providing pertinent reports and insights.
• Proven experience in technology sales and client management, with at least 6+ years in the field.
• Capability to serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders within client organizations.
• Exceptional business communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience engaging with a global client base.
• Willingness to travel for business as necessary.
• Strong collaborative spirit as an internal team player.
• Post-secondary education – business undergraduate degree or MBA.
