• Develop, maintain, and implement the Go-To-Market Strategy for designated industries.
• Create, manage, and uphold a Territory Plan for the specified vertical.
• Construct an Account Plan that includes deal action cards, mutual evaluation strategies, and power maps for assigned accounts.
• Oversee the entire sales process, which encompasses demand generation, understanding customer requirements, establishing a mutual evaluation approach, managing the RFI/RFP process, formulating a business case for change, securing business, and leveraging resources within a matrix organization to accomplish objectives.
• Collaborate with partners to enhance account penetration by developing joint sales initiatives that expedite deal cycles and maximize value, while ensuring robust delivery plans that result in satisfied, referenceable customers.
• Take full responsibility for achieving annual sales targets and meeting quarterly budget expectations.
• Engage in ongoing pipeline development and demand generation activities to ensure 4x pipeline coverage.
• Coordinate with Sales leadership and Global teams to foster a strong internal network and collaborative efforts.
• Ensure comprehensive CRM and account management hygiene consistently, along with sales cadence, administrative tasks, and reporting to guarantee precise forecasting.
• Proven experience in enterprise software sales with a focus on quota-carrying sales cycle execution within the designated geographical market and assigned industries and accounts.
• An entrepreneurial spirit characterized by innate curiosity and resilience.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and hygiene in reporting.
• A willingness to understand and appreciate the sales process, including cadence, forecasting, and precise reporting.
• A history of consistently meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, as well as a local language relevant to the market area.
• Comfort working in a complex matrix organization, building relationships, and seeking support to achieve objectives.
