This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Take ownership of the entire sales process — from initial prospecting and outreach to finalizing multi-stakeholder enterprise agreements.
• Formulate and implement territory and account strategies that consistently enhance pipeline growth and surpass quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Approach with curiosity and expertise by becoming a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on Monotype’s offerings.
• Interact with key decision-makers across various functions at your accounts—including Brand, Marketing, Creative, IT, Procurement, UX, Legal, and Finance—to provide compelling, value-driven solutions.
• Propel outbound prospecting initiatives while fostering long-term client relationships through thoughtful and consultative selling approaches.
• Design and deliver persuasive proposals, negotiate intricate contracts, and guide clients through their decision-making journey.
• Work collaboratively across marketing, pre-sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure smooth client experiences and strategic coherence.
• Effectively utilize CRM tools to manage the sales pipeline, track activities, and accurately forecast results.
• Represent Monotype at industry events, trade shows, and customer interactions to enhance brand visibility and create new opportunities.
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline.
• 4-7 years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales or technology solutions, ideally within the design, marketing, or creative technology fields.
• Proficient in both Vietnamese and English.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or preferably exceeding sales targets and securing large enterprise accounts.
• A self-driven, goal-oriented individual with a proven ability to work autonomously and take responsibility for your achievements.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, capable of engaging and influencing senior stakeholders.
• A consultative sales approach with the skill to identify client needs, articulate value, and deliver customized solutions.
• Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers and cultivating long-term relationships.
• Strong competencies in prospecting, planning, and executing Account and Territory Management strategies.
• A passion for creativity, innovation, and assisting brands in connecting with their audiences through outstanding design.
• Familiarity with CRM technology is required, with a preference for experience in Salesforce.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 25% annually.
