This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
β’ Assume complete responsibility for the entire deal cycle β prospecting, qualifying, pitching, negotiating, and closing.
β’ Acquire and secure new enterprise accounts (80% focused on new logos, 20% on upselling and cross-selling).
β’ Manage intricate deals from initial outreach to contract finalization, maintaining full accountability for outcomes and forecasts.
β’ Develop and implement strategic account plans, engaging early in the customer buying process.
β’ Navigate lengthy sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, from operational to executive levels (IT, Procurement, Legal).
β’ Collaborate across departments with Solution Engineers, Marketing, and Legal to advance deals.
β’ Utilize tools such as HubSpot, Sales Navigator, Gong, and ContractBook to oversee pipeline and communications.
β’ Represent Cenosco on a global scale β travel to connect with key customers and attend significant industry events.
β’ 5β7+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS sales within scale-up or high-growth environments.
β’ Documented success in closing mid-to-large deals (greater than $500k ARR) in complex purchasing scenarios.
β’ Strong domain expertise or experience selling to the Oil & Gas, Chemical, Mining, or Petrochemical sectors.
β’ An entrepreneurial mindset characterized by a proactive, adaptable, and resilient approach.
β’ Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation capabilities.
β’ Ability to establish relationships with C- and VP-level stakeholders from the ground up and guide them through the purchasing process.
β’ A collaborative spirit, a problem-solving attitude, and a strong drive to succeed.
β’ Proficiency in Russian is essential for effectively serving our clients across Central Asia and the CIS region (including Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, and others).
β’ Willingness to travel internationally as necessary (30%+).
