This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Achieve assigned sales and pipeline objectives while ensuring an exceptional customer experience for our prospects.
• Develop a territory sales strategy for PerfectScale's Kubernetes optimization technology.
• Collaborate with the Solution Engineering team to facilitate solution-driven sales discussions that emphasize the benefits of our Kubernetes optimization platform.
• Lead business development efforts, provide accurate forecasts, and meet strategic goals by guiding customers through the complete business cycle.
• Enhance the customer sales process, aiming to minimize purchase friction and expedite the adoption of PerfectScale's optimization solutions.
• Contribute to territory strategy by generating and cultivating business growth opportunities.
• Investigate and comprehend complex customer requirements on both business and technical fronts.
• Work alongside marketing team members on pipeline generation initiatives and ensure we accurately capture the authentic voice of the customer.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Over 5 years of quota-carrying sales experience in B2B SaaS, consistently achieving and surpassing sales targets.
• Technical expertise with a strong understanding of Kubernetes, cloud-native technologies, and DevOps ecosystems.
• High level of self-discipline, accurate sales forecasting, and effective CRM management.
• A proactive "roll up your sleeves" attitude that influences both sales and business development efforts.
• An entrepreneurial spirit characterized by independence, creativity, passion, and approachability.
• A self-organized, goal-driven, and self-motivated individual who demonstrates confidence, thoroughness, and persistence.
• Analytical, data-driven, detail-oriented, with the capability to shift focus from the broad perspective to minute details.
• Ability to operate flexibly in a fast-paced, continuously changing team environment.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
