
Enterprise Account Executive, Retail Energy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drive the retail energy sector by identifying, prioritizing, and engaging with retail electricity providers, retail natural gas suppliers, community choice aggregators, energy retailers, energy marketplaces, and energy technology platforms.
• Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closure, which includes discovery, business case formulation, solution positioning, and commercial negotiations.
• Contribute to shaping SentiLink’s retail energy go-to-market strategy, messaging, and use cases.
• Establish trusted relationships with leaders in fraud, risk, customer operations, revenue protection, credit, compliance, customer experience, and digital transformation.
• Navigate intricate organizational structures and align stakeholders across operational, technical, and executive teams.
• Collaborate across functions with Product, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success to ensure successful customer outcomes.
• Keep abreast of evolving fraud trends, customer acquisition hurdles, regulatory changes, and identity-related risks affecting energy providers.
• Minimum of 5 years of enterprise sales experience, ideally selling SaaS solutions to retail energy, utilities, fintech, telecommunications, or financial services sectors.
• Proven success in selling within complex enterprise settings utilizing a multi-stakeholder sales approach.
• Preferred experience with retail energy providers, utilities, energy marketplaces, energy technology firms, or customer acquisition organizations.
• Strong grasp of customer onboarding, identity verification, fraud prevention, account security, payment risk, revenue protection, credit risk, or compliance processes is preferred.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and highly motivated in dynamic startup environments.
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and strategic selling abilities.
• A well-established network within retail energy, utilities, fraud, risk, customer operations, credit, compliance, or digital transformation teams is an advantage.
• Candidates must have legal authorization to work in the United States and must reside in the United States.
