This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Propel sales growth by proactively engaging with partners and end customers in intricate industrial settings, ensuring that sales objectives are consistently achieved or surpassed.
• Build and nurture relationships with crucial channel partners, with a strong emphasis on the industrial automation sector, including ICS manufacturers and their control system integrators.
• Equip partners with the necessary training, tools, and resources to effectively market and sell our industrial cybersecurity solutions.
• Collaborate with partners to formulate joint business plans, establish revenue goals, and uncover new market opportunities.
• Remain informed about industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging threats in industrial cybersecurity, utilizing this insight to shape go-to-market strategies.
• Work closely with internal teams, such as product management, marketing, and engineering, to ensure solutions align with customer and partner requirements.
• Track and report on key performance metrics, including partner sales pipeline, revenue contributions, and program effectiveness.
• Over 5 years of experience in channel sales, business development, or a similar role, ideally within the industrial cybersecurity or technology sector.
• Demonstrated experience in a cybersecurity organization, showcasing a solid understanding of industry practices and protocols is essential.
• In-depth knowledge of industrial cybersecurity, covering key technologies, market challenges, and regulatory standards (e.g., NIST, IEC 62443).
• A proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets through channel strategies.
• Strong capability to cultivate and sustain long-term professional relationships with partners and clients.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity solutions, OT/IT convergence, and industrial control systems (ICS).
• Outstanding presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
