
Enterprise Account Executive – Northeast

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Generate new business revenue within the Northeast region.
• Stimulate demand, challenge customer perceptions, and assist large organizations in reimagining the potential of IT in their operations.
• Take ownership of new business expansion in your designated territory by formulating a strategic territory plan.
• Actively prospect enterprise accounts and cultivate a qualified sales pipeline.
• Recognize business challenges related to employee productivity, IT support, application usage, digital transformation, and AI readiness.
• Interact with various stakeholders across IT, Digital Workplace, End User Computing, Service Management, Infrastructure, Security, Procurement, and executive leadership.
• Advocate for Nexthink’s value proposition and inform customers about the rapidly changing DEX landscape.
• Collaborate with Nexthink’s business development, marketing, channel, solution consulting, and professional services teams to identify and pursue opportunities.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, develop business cases, deliver executive presentations, align proof-of-concept efforts, negotiate, and finalize deals.
• Manage customer expectations throughout evaluation and proof-of-concept phases.
• Market the complete Nexthink solution, including software, services, and support, to ensure sustained customer success.
• Establish trusted relationships that foster expansion opportunities and enduring customer value.
• Consistently surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual booking goals.
• Over 7 years of experience in enterprise technology sales within a dynamic, competitive B2B SaaS or enterprise software setting.
• A demonstrated history of exceeding quotas, such as being part of the President’s Club, achieving top representative status, or consistently surpassing sales plans.
• Experience in selling intricate solutions to large enterprise IT departments.
• Capability to promote emerging categories and educate buyers on innovative methods for addressing business challenges.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to engage technical, operational, and business stakeholders effectively.
• Discipline in territory planning, account strategy, pipeline development, qualification, forecasting, and deal execution.
• Proficiency in managing proof-of-concept processes and aligning technical validation with business value.
• A consultative sales style complemented by strong discovery, storytelling, and value-selling abilities.
• High level of ownership, urgency, resilience, and intellectual curiosity.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
