
Enterprise Account Executive, Marketplaces

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drive the growth of the marketplaces vertical by identifying and engaging with online marketplaces, resale platforms, ticket marketplaces, B2B commerce platforms, and other multi-sided platforms.
• Take ownership of the sales process by leading meetings, fostering relationships, utilizing SentiLink resources to provide solutions, preparing analytical business cases, and finalizing commercial agreements.
• Cultivate trusted relationships with stakeholders in fraud, risk, trust & safety, seller operations, payments, identity, compliance, and executive roles.
• Navigate intricate organizations to align with decision-makers and develop champions within prospects and partners.
• Continue delivering value to our partners post-acquisition by managing relationships and supporting their success with our solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success to enhance customer outcomes and facilitate market expansion.
• Stay updated on emerging fraud trends that affect marketplace ecosystems, such as fake accounts, seller fraud, account takeovers, scams, synthetic identities, and trust & safety challenges.
• Represent SentiLink in alignment with our corporate values at all times.
• A minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience, ideally in selling technical or data-driven solutions to marketplaces, digital platforms, e-commerce, or financial services organizations.
• Proven track record of selling data solutions to complex enterprise organizations utilizing a top-down, multi-stakeholder sales approach.
• Preferred experience selling to teams focused on fraud, risk, trust & safety, seller operations, compliance, payments, or identity.
• Strong understanding of marketplace onboarding, seller verification, buyer trust, fraud prevention, trust & safety, identity verification, or platform risk workflows is preferred.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, with a strong desire to succeed and a proactive mentality.
• Experience in credit risk, fraud, or another analytical field within financial services is a plus.
• An established network within identity verification, fraud prevention, risk, trust & safety, or marketplace operations teams is an advantage.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and reside in the United States.
