This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of and manage a designated portfolio of enterprise and upper-mid-market clients in the labor and seller marketplace.
• Establish strategic relationships with C-suite executives, VPs, and directors.
• Oversee complete sales cycles, which include inbound and outbound prospecting, contract negotiation, and closing deals.
• Collaborate with the sales organization of the embedded payments platform partner on shared accounts, focusing on co-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Formulate and implement account plans aimed at acquiring new business as well as expanding existing client relationships.
• Work collaboratively with Product, Finance, and Engineering teams to create and deliver customized solutions through technical selling.
• Drive and enhance marketplace strategy, engagement models, sales motions, and overall platform positioning.
• Utilize metrics and financial analysis to articulate value propositions and return on investment (ROI).
• Partner with internal teams to influence the product roadmap based on client insights, competitive landscape, and market demands.
• Achieve or surpass revenue targets, sales quotas, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for relevant platform and enterprise deals.
• 5–8 years of experience in enterprise sales, ideally with a focus on platforms, embedded finance, payments, or infrastructure solutions.
• Proven track record of closing substantial ($500k+ ARR) and complex deals involving multiple stakeholders and lengthy sales cycles, engaging both technical and non-technical buyers.
• Comfortable interacting with senior executives (CTOs, CFOs, COOs) and technical leaders (engineers, security/compliance professionals).
• Strong product knowledge with the ability to effectively communicate both technical and financial value.
• Highly analytical; skilled in building business cases, modeling ROI, and leveraging data to inform decision-making.
• Self-driven, resourceful, and capable of thriving in a dynamic environment that demands strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Must currently have authorization to work in the USA without the need for sponsorship or transfer.
• Previous experience in fintech, embedded finance, or payments infrastructure is preferred.
• Experience selling to or collaborating with HR technology and vertical SaaS platforms is preferred.
• Familiarity with risk, regulatory, and compliance issues in financial services is preferred.
