This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop deals - Establish and manage the enterprise pipeline in LATAM from the ground up. This position is primarily outbound-focused, with no inbound or partner demand to rely on. Key aspects of the role include territory and capacity planning, consistent prospecting efforts, and innovative outreach.
• Create value - Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes by comprehensively understanding each prospect's current situation, their challenges, and their aspirations. Position Brevo as an attractive alternative to competitive platforms.
• Advance opportunities - Propel deals forward with a structured approach: utilize mutual action plans, engage multiple stakeholders, and craft a clear business value narrative to maintain momentum.
• Finalize agreements - Negotiate and conclude contracts, oversee legal and procurement procedures, and ensure deals are secured with a strong sense of urgency and timing.
• Participate in local market events, enhance Brevo's brand visibility in the region, and gather market insights that will inform our LATAM commercial strategy.
• Located anywhere in Latin America.
• 3-5+ years of experience in Enterprise B2B SaaS sales, showcasing a proven history of closing complex, multi-threaded deals and generating pipeline from scratch.
• Experience in MarTech, CRM, or email/CDP platforms is highly preferred.
• A robust network: connections with enterprise companies that you can leverage from day one.
• Fluent in Spanish; professional proficiency in English is required (Portuguese is a significant advantage).
• Proactive approach: you strategize your territory, schedule dedicated prospecting time, and maintain consistent outreach even when the pipeline is robust.
• Open to coaching and intellectually curious: you ask insightful questions, adapt to challenges, and seek to understand the "why" behind a prospect's circumstances before making a pitch.
• Comfortable engaging with senior decision-makers in Marketing, IT, and Procurement within a brand that is still gaining recognition in the market.
