This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage a strategic portfolio of named accounts that includes leading global corporations.
• Develop and oversee a collection of named enterprise accounts within the process and discrete manufacturing sectors.
• Lead consultative sales processes lasting 6–12 months, engaging with multiple stakeholders.
• Provide accurate forecasts in Salesforce and achieve your sales targets.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to drive pilot programs and secure contracts.
• Over 7 years of experience carrying an enterprise sales quota in industrial software, manufacturing analytics, MES, SPC, quality systems, or related process-industry technologies.
• Proven success in selling to operational and quality decision-makers, including plant managers, VPs of Manufacturing, Quality Directors, CIOs, and process engineers.
• Demonstrated history of exceeding sales quotas at 1.5 times or more, particularly with multi-stakeholder buying committees.
• Focus on selling business value rather than just product features.
• Strong discipline in using CRM tools (Salesforce), with honesty in forecasting and a low tolerance for inflated pipelines.
• Bonus: experience in selling to the chemical/oil & gas, life sciences, or food & beverage manufacturing sectors.
